MEF seeks corporate sponsors to provide financial support on an annual basis. All sponsorships are tax-deductible and will be recognized throughout the year at MEF events, including the MEF Madison 5K Run/Walk, the MEF Pickleball Tournament, the MEF Fall Gala, and in print and online fundraising/community campaigns that reach the entire Madison community and beyond.

As we launch our 2025 MEF Corporate Sponsorship Campaign, the deadline for our first grant cycle is only a few weeks away and the submissions are rolling in.

2025 Sponsorship Levels and Benefits

PLATINUM PARTNER: $7500

Featured Sponsor of the MEF for the sponsorship year, and named accordingly at all Premier Events (annual MEF 5K Run/Walk, Pickleball Tournament, and Fall Gala (see below)), event marketing, and on social media as follows:

  • Mentioned in all Premier Event press releases

  • Exhibit space at all three Premier Events

SILVER PARTNER: $2500

Name/company logo on MEF website as Silver Partner, benefits at MEF Premier Events, event marketing, and on social media as follows:

  • Exhibit space at two Premier Events

  • Featured branded activity at one Premier Event (i.e., 5K water stop, signature drink)

  • Large name and logo on event sign and banners; name and logo on 5K t-shirt

  • One exclusive post on social media

  • 2 Complimentary 5K race and Pickleball registrations

BRONZE PARTNER: $1,000

Name/company logo on MEF website as Bronze Partner, benefits at MEF Premier Events, event marketing, and on social media as follows:

  • Exhibit space at one Premier Event

  • Medium branded giveaway/activity (i.e., demo, consult, lead warmups, etc.) at one Premier Event

  • Name and logo on event sign and banners

  • One exclusive post on social media

  • 1 Complimentary 5K race OR Pickleball registration

  • Company name and logo on MEF website for one year as Bronze Partner


PARTNER: $500

Name/company logo on MEF website as MEF Partner, benefits for one Premier Event, and on social media as follows: 

  • Exhibit space at 5K OR medium branded giveaway/activity (i.e., demo, consult, lead warmups, etc.) at one Premier Event

  • Name and logo on event sign and banners

  • Mentioned and tagged on social media post recognizing all Partner Level sponsors twice per sponsorship year.

  • Name/company logo on MEF website as MEF Partner


FRIEND: $250

Name/company logo on MEF website for one year as MEF Friend


EXCLUSIVE EVENT SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Become the exclusive, named sponsor of an MEF Event (other than the three Premier Events) (e.g. the Annual Meffie Awards). Name/company logo on MEF website, event marketing, and on social media as aligned with donation levels above.

  • Event participation and marketing recognition commensurate with level of sponsorship, event audience and event logistics. 

BRANDED EVENT SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Sponsor features or components of MEF events (e.g. featured cocktail at adult social). 

  • Benefits commensurate with donation levels above.

IN-KIND EVENT DONATIONS will receive benefits aligned with sponsorship levels above.

LEGACY SPONSORS will receive flexible benefits commensurate with ongoing support to recognize our deep gratitude for an ongoing commitment to MEF.
